The Louisville condo market is interesting. Actually, I’m pretty sure that you could say this about pretty much any city in the U.S. There are always buyers for condos, but the number of buyers is much smaller than that of a single family residence. Still, condos offer a low maintenance lifestyle that most single family homes cannot offer, as well as amenities that are more affordable and less of a hassle. Some developments have a very self-contained feel to them, offering a desirable neighborhood layout, plenty of parking, a convenient location, and fantastic amenities. Crescent Spring, located in the Clifton area of the 40206 zip code, is one of these developments I speak of. Crescent Spring offers its residents THE condo life.
I recently listed 374 Crescent Spring Dr, Louisville, KY 40206 (The Thomas Group at Keller Williams Realty Louisville East), and although I had visited this development numerous times, I was reminded of just how special the area is! Take a look at the video:
You cannot argue with this location. It has amazingly close proximity to Frankfort Ave, Brownsboro Rd, downtown, and I-64, yet it feels like you’re at home in your own little world surrounded by beautiful trees and natural rock.
This neighborhood layout is top notch. The streets are wide, there is plenty of parking, and while it’s a rather large development with 16 buildings, it doesn’t feel overwhelming or claustrophobic.
As I said earlier, this entire Louisville condo neighborhood is somewhat secluded even though it is right in the center of the Clifton action. Crescent Spring feels more like a park than a neighborhood. Right in the middle of the development is Ledgeview Park. This is a sight to see. A beautiful, massive swimming pool is the focal piece with tiered decks surrounding, and natural foliage in every corner. Flanked by a volleyball court and a tennis court, Ledgeview Park also offers a number of different gathering spaces, as well as a natural spring. The beauty in this neighborhood is unique and tough to beat!
Before listing 374 Crescent Spring Drive there were four units for sale in the neighborhood. 16 days later all four of those units were sold. With affordable purchase prices around $120,000, this market is super hot! This condo won’t last long, so if you know anyone looking for a great Louisville condo for sale in the heart of Clifton, tell them to look no further!
