The Louisville condo market is interesting. Actually, I’m pretty sure that you could say this about pretty much any city in the U.S. There are always buyers for condos, but the number of buyers is much smaller than that of a single family residence. Still, condos offer a low maintenance lifestyle that most single family homes cannot offer, as well as amenities that are more affordable and less of a hassle. Some developments have a very self-contained feel to them, offering a desirable neighborhood layout, plenty of parking, a convenient location, and fantastic amenities.
